Can I use Route on my CMS?

Yes, you can! It takes just a few steps to put our main script on your site. Take a look how to do it on different CMS.

WordPress

We have a plugin that you can install on your WordPress to quickly add Route’s main script on your site. Just go here to download it.

After installing it you need to configure your plugin:

  1. Go to your Route account;
  2. Click Settings on the left menu;
  3. Copy your Organization ID and paste it on the specified field on you Route’s WordPress plugin.

To find the settings of the plugin access your admin and go to Settings > Route Plugin Configuration.

Another way is installing our plugin right from your own account. Inside your WordPress administration area, go to Plugins > Add New and search for ‘Route’, click on our logo and install it.

If you want to add our main script manually, follow these steps:

  1. Go to your WordPress account;
  2. On the left menu search for Appearance and select it;
  3. Click on Editor;
  4. Take a look at the right column and find Header (header.php);
  5. Click on it and search for the tag on the code;
  6. Put our main script right before the closing tag.

Squarespace

  1. Go to your Squarespace account;
  2. On the header of your site choose Settings;
  3. On the top of the right menu go to Advanced;
  4. Click on it and search for PAGE HEADER CODE INJECTION;
  5. Put our main script there.

Tumblr

  1. Go to your Tumblr account;
  2. On the top right menu search for Account (the icon next tp the edit button);
  3. Click on it and select Edit Appearance on the menu;
  4. Search for the option Site Theme and choose Edit Theme;
  5. On the top of the left menu choose Edit HTML;
  6. Click on it and search for the tag on the code;
  7. Put our main script right before the closing tag.

Blogger

  1. Go to your Blogger account;
  2. Choose the blog you want to add Route;
  3. On the left menu search for Model and select it;
  4. Find the option Edit HTML;
  5. Click on it and search for the tag on the code;
  6. Put our main script right before the closing tag.

Weebly

  1. Go to your Weebly account;
  2. On the left menu take a look at the Basic options and search for Embed Code;
  3. Select and drag it into your layout;
  4. Click Click to set custom HTML and select the option Edit Custom HTML;
  5. Put our main script there.

Wix

  1. Go to your Wix account;
  2. On the left menu choose Add;
  3. Search for Apps;
  4. On the options click HTML;
  5. A grey box will appear and you have to click on it;
  6. On the menu select settings;
  7. You’ll see a new menu;
  8. Go to mode and select custom html on the drop down menu;
  9. Put our main script there and click update.
