Route Settings

Under settings you can change information about your company, choose the days and times you want to send the messages, invite users and much more.

Organization

What can I edit?

  • Your company name;
  • The default country for contacts without IDD (ISD);
  • Your organization timezone;
  • Your organization address (required for sending emails Like a Software);
  • The URLs you want to track using Route to restrict the domains that can be the origin of your events.

What other information I can find but can’t edit?

  • Your Organization ID;
  • Your Organization API Key.

Campaigns

What can I edit?

  • The amount of days Route will store a phone call alert for a seller;
  • The days and time frame to send the emails (by default it’s 24/7);
  • Choose if you want to let Route append parameters on every email sent withing Route.

Segments

What can I edit?

  • You can create and delete segments.

Stages

What can I edit?

  • You can create and delete stages.

Users

What can I edit?

  • You can invite users, set roles for them and delete them when necessary;
  • You can connect email accounts to use our Personal emails feature.
  • Your Account

    What can I edit?

    • Your name;
    • Your gender;
    • Your email signature;
    • Your password.

    What other information I can find but can’t edit?

    • The email you used to register and can be used to send the emails.
