A lot of tools let you invite new users from your team that are allowed to use the tool and assign this new user a role.
The account you registered to use Route is the Primary Admin. You are the master of Route’s universe. You can invite other people as Managers to share part of your power or you can invite people with a very limited access to Route.
Those people will be your Agents.
Usually Agents are people with the following roles, but anyone in your company can be set as an Agent:
- Sales;
- Customer Success;
- Support.
People that you set as Agent will be able to manage the contacts assigned to their role and interact with those leads whenever they reply to an email sent using the Agents email address.
Keep in mind that they will not create the emails in Route. Only the Admin and the Manager can create campaigns and emails.
